Have you ever had a patient/client tell you that they can eat wheat-containing products in Europe but not in the US? Here are some #factsNOTfears from our friend Michelle Miller aka Farm Babe. Bottom Line: If someone has celiac disease, they can’t eat products contain gluten in wheat like bread and pasta regardless of where they are…and chances are good that country is buying their wheat, at least some of it, from the US.
